Research Interests

I am currently working on two projects.  First, a project tentatively
entitled "The Construction of Global Civil Society".  This project looks at the notion of Global Civil Society as a creation by activists, politicians, academics and the media.  The second project looks at the role of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) as a "soft security" organization or a "security community".  The last project is a collaborative work with Dr. Roberto Dominguez of Suffolk University.
