Each student will be required to make at least one presentation to the seminar and attend and actively participate in all of the seminar classes except one (with an excuse acceptable to the instructor) to earn a passing grade of S. Failure to meet these criteria will result in a grade of U. The presentations will be based on the topics listed on the SCHEDULE page on the dates which are listed on the SCHEDULE page. The meeting time of the seminar is scheduled for 2:30 to 3:20 PM on Wednesday.
The final title for each talk must be
submitted to the instructor at least one week before the talk is given. The
projector for a Power point presentation using a laptop computer is at the POD.
Students who are registered for this course but not on the list below should
see the instructor as soon as possible.
