Satan is already being devoured by the ìlowest deepî (4:76) possible.  Satan is experiencing Hell within himself as well as around him, and that Hell is a direct result of Satan going against and abandoning God.  His punishment is Hell.  The further into sin Satan goes, the further away from God Satan becomes.  In that essence Satan is just going to be devoured more by Hell since the worst pain one can suffer is the separation from God.  Something that Satan had the power all along to go back to.
