FLY relates to how Satan was once an angel and soared in the sky. He had innocence once and now he has lost it. He has lost all priveleges to the realm where angels are free to FLY. This could be a reference to an "Elect", of which Satan is not fit company. Or it could be seen as a retort to Ranters who believed that they could do anything they wanted and would still go to Heaven. Satan was once one of God’s favorites, and now he is bound to a dank nether realm. Satan tries to FLY from himself. He thinks that if he moves to another place, the guilt and shame of Hell will not follow. Though Satan can move where he likes, for the most part, this does not allow him to escape Hell. Hell is a part of his mind.
