Satan is saying that all things are born in darkness and they only become good and heavenly when they are touched by the hand of God. Everything that makes up the world from metallic elements to living matter is essential in the sustaining of human life. Satan is not only saying that by taking all of "these" and sending them forth to destroy, but also they will reproduce in darkness and spread darkness.
Satan was cast out of Heaven because of his pride. After the last battle between Satan and Michael was lost by Satan he not only wants to destroy the armies of Heaven, but he also wants to turn Heaven into Hell. Satan could be said to be wanting to sew his evil seed into everything everywhere. Everything that God created in six days Satan wants to destroy and re-create in darkness.
