ISBN: 0073215325

Homework sets will be assigned for each week, but will not be collected. However, a short quiz will be given every Friday (except exam weeks) and will cover the material of the previous week. The homework will account for the most substantial part of your learning, so you should take the homework very seriously. If you do the homework you will find the quizzes and exams much easier. If you don't do the homework you will likely find the quizzes and exams impossible to complete.

There will be three exams, each worth 15% of the course grade. The homework/quiz average will also count for 25%, and the final exam will count for 30%.
