Text: Fundamentals of Complex Analysis with Applications to Engineering, Science, and Mathematics (3rd Edition),
by Edward B. Saff and Arthur Snider, Prentice Hall, 2003.

Homework sets will be assigned for each week (see below). Homework will not be collected except for occasional special problems. However, the homework will account for the most substantial part of your learning, so you should take the homework very seriously. If you do the homework you will also find the exams much easier.

There will be an in-class midterm exam, two take-home midterm exams, and a (possible take-home) final exam.
