Osman Kubilay Ekekon

Osman Kubilay Ekekon is a graduate student in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at UMass Lowell. He is majoring in CMOS integrated circuit design. He has been on the AETC team as a graduate research assistant for a year and his research is mainly focused on analog integrated circuit design. He is working on low voltage analog circuit design, BIST design for PLLs, and design of THz speed transistors.
