This paper continues the work of Star valuations and dual mixed volumes, in which a classification was given for continuous valuations on star-shaped sets that are positively homogeneous with respect to dilation.

In this paper we classify all continuous valuations on star-shaped sets that are invariant under rotations, as well as those invariant under the action of the special linear group.
