INTRODUCTION TO PHYSICS

Formula Sheet

This formula sheet contains all of the major formulas we will use over the course of the semester.  IT will be attached to the back of every exam this semster (except Exam 0).  This is a security blanket for you.  If you use this as a primary study tool, you are going to have a really tough time on the Physics I exams.

Practice Exams

These exams are mostly from the last two semester's Physics I courses.  Some of these exams may be from a course taught by a different professor, which proceeded at a slightly different pace.  DO NOT use these exams as your only study guide.  Your primary studying should be done off of class notes, HW problems, LP-HW problems, and Recitation Section problems and quizzes.

Here are two examples of Exam 1's given in the previous 2 semesters.  You will get the formula sheet above with your mid-term, so feel free to use it when taking the practice exams. These practice exams are not exhaustive, and should not serve as your primary study tool!!
